Food Service Worker II

Enjoy a rewarding career at CentraCare as a Food Service Worker II position at the Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, MN! Support the dietary and food service needs of patients, visitors, and staff through variety of responsibilities such as:

• Setting up food items, working on tray lines and checking patient trays before they leave the kitchen. Delivering and retrieving patient trays.
• Assisting with preparing food items for patients.
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes for patients and cafeteria and cleaning the dish room at the end of the shift.
Providing customer service in cafeteria area including stocking supplies and serving meal items to customers.

Schedule

• Part-time position | 20 hours per week
• Hours: 5:30AM to 7:00PM, various start times
Includes Every other weekend & holiday rotation.

Pay and Benefits

• $16.70 or more per hour, pay determined by experience.
  • Pay range: $16.70 - $22.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within first 1 ½ year of employment, Food safety Training accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Can be ServSafe or TAP Series.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
Mathematical skills required to complete clerical tasks.
