Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role! This position will rotate between various location within St. Cloud including Southway, Sauk Crossing, and Northway Labs.
What you’ll do:
- Collect blood samples from the patient
- Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up

Schedule:
- Temporary Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks
- Day Shift | Monday - Friday | Hours between 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. This temporary role is anticipated to last through August 31st, 2026

Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.28 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.00 - $25.54 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
