About the opportunity:
If you are passionate about making a difference, we are looking for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant position is responsible for overseeing daily and monthly accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This position reports to the Controller.

Where you will make an impact:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist with technical accounting research, external reporting and budget process. 
• Maintain stock compensation system and supporting documentation.
• Maintain various debt instrument schedules and reporting requirements.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues. 
• Translate ERP data utilizing advanced spreadsheet reporting skills to enhance and simplify analysis/management reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit processes.
• Continuously identify process improvements. 
• Manage special projects as requested. 
  

What you will bring:

• Bacherlors degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA required. 
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting/finance experience, mix of private and public.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Experience with OneStream consolidation system a plus. 

Where you will go:

• This position is 2-3 days a week in the West Chester, PA office.
