Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(Our office is open to customers from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Team members arrive 30 minutes before opening to prepare for the day and stay 30 minutes after closing to complete transactions and close out operations.)

What You'll Do

As an Associate Title Clerk, you'll become a trusted resource for customers navigating vehicle title and registration services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with title transfers, vehicle registrations, license plates, and related DMV services
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring compliance with county and state requirements
• Processing title and registration transactions efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Explaining requirements and procedures in a friendly, professional, and easy-to-understand manner
• Providing outstanding customer service from the moment a customer walks through the door until their transaction is complete
• Maintaining organized records and accurate data entry across multiple computer systems
• Staying current on DMV regulations and title processing requirements
• Collaborating with teammates to create an efficient, positive workplace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive, banking, administrative, DMV, dealership, or title experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
