Centerville Community Betterment, Inc. (CCBI) is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also taking direction from the Facilities Director. The successful candidate will arrive ready to begin work promptly at 8:00 a.m. and take pride in maintaining CCBI's facilities and grounds.
Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining CCBI facilities, grounds, landscaping, equipment, and related property in a safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained condition.
Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, snow and ice removal, and other facility-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Director.
The position requires someone who can work independently, identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, follow through on assignments, and communicate effectively with the Facilities Director regarding completed work, concerns, and needed repairs.

- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while working in CCBI's facilities and residential locations.
