Job Description: Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish/English Medicaid Coordinator to work in the Bronx business office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, embed great communications skills, and be able to effectively multi-task; should also be computer savvy, have a good personality, and be able to work well with others. Must have Medicaid experience.

- Manage client eligibility and recertification for Medicaid benefits
- Acting as a liaison between families, managed care organizations, and government agencies
- Guide clients with Medicaid applications, and renewals
- Maintain accurate, up to date records of all approvals, denials, and communications
- Track authorization expirations to ensure continuous care
- Ensure all monthly Spend-downs and Pooled Trust Income are paid in full
- Other duties as required
- Prior experience in home care, Medicaid eligibility/Medicaid office is required
- Strong understanding of NYS Medicaid regulations
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly detailed and organized
- Competitive yearly salary within the range of $48,000- $90,000, must have experience and qualifications.
