Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Coordinator with experience for our Licensed Home Care Agency.
Must Be Bilingual In (English/Spanish) And Have Coordination Experience

Must Be Bilingual In (English/Spanish) And Have Coordination Experience
The position includes the following tasks:
- Resolution of inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Outbound follow up calls to Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Document, maintain, and manage patient/aide files
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience

Salary : $37,500 - $44,000
