Responsibilities
- Serve as a Contract Specialist performing all contract administration functions ensuring compliance with contract provisions
- Perform cost/price analysis, including review of cost breakdowns to determine reasonableness and conformance to applicable regulations
- Establish negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to obtain the most favorable terms and conditions for the government
- Prepare solicitation documents incorporating required Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and HHS policies and provisions
Qualifications
- 4 years in contracting or related positions and a bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in relevant fields
- Required to obtain and maintain FAC-C Professional certification
Required Skills
- Experience performing cost and price analysis functions for a variety of contracts
- Background establishing negotiation strategies to obtain favorable terms and conditions
- Experience preparing all contract documents

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $108,173 - $172,980/year (varies by location)
