Job Summary
Center Stage Productions is seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Event Operations Worker to support event preparation, venue setup, equipment handling, guest services, and event-day operations. This role works with event coordinators and production team members to help ensure events are prepared efficiently and operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing event venues and production areas before scheduled events.
- Set up tables, chairs, staging areas, signage, displays, and event equipment.
- Assist with arranging event materials, décor, and guest service areas.
- Prepare and organize equipment, supplies, materials, and production items.
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and storing event equipment and supplies.
- Support event coordinators, production staff, and supervisors with assigned operational tasks.
- Assist with basic event setup and equipment placement according to instructions.
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional assistance when assigned.
- Assist with guest seating, directions, registration, and general event services.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event and production areas.
- Restock supplies, guest materials, service items, and other event necessities.
- Communicate equipment needs, supply shortages, and operational concerns to supervisors.
- Help monitor event spaces and report issues that may affect event operations.
- Assist with coordination between event staff, vendors, performers, and venue personnel.
- Follow event schedules, production instructions, venue requirements, and safety procedures.
- Handle event equipment, decorations, supplies, and customer property carefully.
- Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, packing, and removal of equipment after events.
- Return equipment and supplies to designated storage locations.
- Support the team during busy event periods and help complete tasks on schedule.
- Perform other event operations and support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event operations, event production, hospitality, venue services, entertainment, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Dependable, organized, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and operational procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
