As a PRN Physical Therapist at CSMO, you'll play a key role in helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Float to multiple CSMO therapy locations as needed
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to travel among 5 CSMO PT locations as needed
