As a PRN Physical Therapist with C4, you will help patients return to high-level performance using advanced rehab tools and evidence-based practice. Whether it's a competitive athlete returning to their sport, an active adult rehabbing an injury, or a motivated patient working toward long-term strength and mobility, your expertise directly shapes their outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in both clinic and performance spaces
- Utilize turf, court, and weight room equipment for functional and sport-specific rehab
- Collaborate with PTAs, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staff
- Document accurately and maintain high-quality patient communication
- Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland therapy locations as needed
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prefer one year of outpatient orthopaedic experience
- A genuine passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population
- A growth‑minded clinician who values lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with evidence‑based practice
- Ability to travel between both C4 locations
