As a PRN PTA with CSMO, you will play an essential role in helping patients reach their goals by delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support functional progress, encourage patient engagement, and contribute to a positive clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans as established by supervising Physical Therapists
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
- Educate patients on exercises, goals, and progress
- Communicate with PTs and support staff to maintain continuity of care
- Document accurately and efficiently following organizational standards
- Float between CSMO therapy locations as needed
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel among our 5 CSMO therapy locations
- A genuine passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population
- A lifelong learner with a commitment to growth, new skills, and evidence‑based practice
