Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and work in the Embryology Laboratory at our Minneapolis, MN clinic and be directly involved in helping our patients build and grow their family.
What you’ll learn:
- Oocyte identification, grading, freezing, and thawing
- Embryo transfer, evaluation, freezing, thawing, and biopsy
- Pronuclear evaluation
- Semen preparation
- Advanced micromanipulation
- Assisted hatching
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
What we want:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, reproductive biology, or related field a must
- 1 years’ laboratory experience; clinic setting ideal but not required
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and EMR
- Ability to follow protocols, function well under pressure, and multitask in a high volume, fast pace clinic
- Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Certification highly desirable
This benefit-eligible, full-time position works 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. Work Saturday/Sunday and get 2 days off the following Monday – Friday.
