You will work closely with engineering, drafting, production, and project management teams to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create highly accurate 3D models of process equipment using Autodesk Inventor
- Maintain and update models as projects move through engineering and fabrication
- Perform design calculations for tanks, pressure vessels, and related components
- Develop, revise, and manage 2D fabrication drawings
- Generate and maintain bills of material for purchasing and production teams
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional partners to support project execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement in modeling, drafting, and engineering workflows
- Perform additional engineering duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering environment
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, calculations, and applicable codes
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and revise detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Knowledge of steel plate, beams, pressure flanges, and welded equipment (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
