Sr. Lease & Contracts Analyst – Spring, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 8 months (possible extension)
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Lease & Contracts Analyst to support lease administration and land operations for producing and non-producing properties.
- Analyze and maintain lease data for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare lease documents (assignments, releases, exhibits)
- Track contractual obligations, lease activity, and development
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects
- Review leases, process payments, and manage reports
- Act as a point of contact for landowners and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of land/lease administration and contracts
- Experience with SAP or Quorum Land System (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
