Overview
The Program Coordinator will support Above-The-Line (ATL) talent development initiatives for directors, writers, and producers. This role focuses on program operations, workflow optimization, and coordination across multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and improve program workflows, timelines, and trackers.
- Own and maintain program data (Airtable, Google Workspace) ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, labs, and events (virtual & in-person).
- Manage communications with participants, alumni, and stakeholders.
- Prepare program materials (NDAs, agreements, decks, one-pagers).
- Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
- Track milestones, program health, and reporting metrics.
- Identify process improvements and support program scaling initiatives.
Day-to-Day
- Partner closely with program leadership on execution
- Monitor communications and support stakeholder coordination
- Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across programs
- Ensure operational consistency and data accuracy
- Support event planning and occasional onsite activations
Requirements
- 3–5 years in program coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on experience with Airtable and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in entertainment, studio, or production environments.
- Exposure to talent development (ATL/BTL) or creative workflows.
Additional Details
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week.
