Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support hiring operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles.
- Review resumes and coordinate panel interviews.
- Create job requisitions and post openings on job boards.
- Coordinate offers, background checks, and drug screening.
- Track open positions and support new-hire onboarding.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience recruiting assemblers, machinists, shipping, stockroom, or inspection personnel.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and multiple shifts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience in supply chain, quality, engineering, or team-lead recruitment is a plus.
