Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ads Policy Coordinator to support advertising policy operations during a temporary leave coverage assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in ad policy, content moderation, or Trust & Safety, with a strong focus on policy compliance, quality assurance, and timely case resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to advertising policy questions from sales partners and vendors through Slack.
Review, assess, and triage advertising-related cases using internal advertising management tools.
Independently resolve routine policy queries and escalate complex cases to relevant policy experts.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and secondary reviews of advertising content decisions.
Ensure advertising content complies with established policies and standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support policy operations.
Assist with project coordination and advertising policy expansion into new markets.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, response time, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Ad Policy, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or advertising operations.
Experience reviewing advertising content and applying policy guidelines.
Strong quality assurance and secondary review experience.
Ability to make independent decisions on routine cases and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Excellent written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with outsourced moderation or operations vendors is preferred.
Familiarity with international advertising policies and compliance standards is a plus.
Experience in the technology, entertainment, or advertising industry is desirable.

Work Schedule & Location:
Fully remote position.
Flexible location and time zone, with primary coverage required during UK business hours.
