Pay Range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: This is a seasonal role that can have scheduling flexibility, M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm or Tu-Th 8 am - 4:30 pm
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team. Experience with ServiceTitan software is highly valued, and familiarity with the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is a strong advantage.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering and routing incoming calls.
- Scheduling and coordinating service calls.
- Assisting the Service Dispatcher.
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide support and information.
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the local geographical area.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
- Comfort with using a multi-line phone system.
- Energetic personality and a career-driven mindset.
Salary : $19 - $23
