Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Celtic Air is looking for an HVAC Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse organized, equipment ready, and installation and service teams supplied with the materials they need to complete their jobs.

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials

• Prepare and stage equipment and supplies for upcoming installation and service jobs

• Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring crews have the correct materials

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with tracking warehouse supplies

• Organize shelving, storage areas, tools, and equipment

• Check deliveries for accuracy and report missing or damaged materials

• Assist with ordering, restocking, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels

• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure materials are ready when needed

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

• Support additional warehouse and operational needs as assigned

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred

• HVAC, construction, or skilled trades experience is a plus but not required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily warehouse needs

• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving equipment and materials

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems

• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver's license
