OSITION: Customer Service Rep
LOCATION: Toms River, on-site
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Pay Rate: $20/hour plus quarterly bonus

Heyco is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of Sales and Marketing Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Handle customer orders and inquiries via phone, fax, and email with speed and accuracy
- Open new accounts and keep customer information up to date in our system (IQMS)
- Provide rate quotes and pricing information
- Resolve customer complaints, billing questions, shipping discrepancies, and RMAs with professionalism and care
- Partner with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping, Quality Control, Lab, and Engineering to keep orders moving smoothly
- Coordinate foreign sales and services, including export documentation, NAFTA paperwork, and Country of Origin certificates
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and distributors
- Flag product complaints to your supervisor right away so we can act fast
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma required
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with computers and standard office systems
- Excellent listening, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance
- Sound judgment and the ability to problem-solve in standardized situations
- Ability to read and follow written procedures, safety rules, and instructions
