What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with professional, honest, and reliable service. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, identify repair needs, and recommend practical solutions that help customers keep their systems operating safely and efficiently.

You'll complete accurate service documentation, communicate clearly with homeowners regarding your findings and recommendations, maintain a professional appearance, and work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure an efficient schedule and exceptional customer experience. Every service call is an opportunity to demonstrate quality workmanship, build customer trust, and represent Celtic Air with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced residential HVAC professionals with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities who take pride in delivering quality work. Candidates should be comfortable servicing residential heating and cooling equipment, communicating effectively with homeowners, and working independently while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Successful technicians are dependable, organized, motivated to continue learning, and committed to doing the job right the first time. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and teammates are essential.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. EPA Certification and additional HVAC certifications are preferred.
