Compensation and Growth

Celtic Air offers $22.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with performance-based spiffs that reward quality work and customer service. We invest in our team through ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into service or leadership roles.

About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups on residential heating and cooling equipment. You'll identify potential issues before they become major repairs, educate homeowners on the condition of their systems, and help deliver the exceptional service Celtic Air is known for.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while ensuring HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems, inspect equipment for wear or potential issues, document findings accurately, communicate maintenance recommendations to homeowners, maintain a clean and professional work environment, and work closely with dispatch and leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable HVAC professional with previous residential maintenance experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
