Compensation

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

• Troubleshoot equipment and identify effective repair solutions

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Provide recommendations while building customer confidence

• Complete accurate service documentation

• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent customer communication

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Dependable work ethic and professional attitude

• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
