What You'll Do

As an Entry Level HVAC Installer, you'll work alongside experienced installation technicians to learn the residential HVAC trade. You'll assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment while developing the technical skills needed to become an independent installer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations and equipment replacements

• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

• Help install ductwork, drain lines, refrigerant lines, and related HVAC components

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and company standards

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Continuously develop your technical knowledge through training and mentorship

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn a skilled trade. Mechanical aptitude, construction experience, trade school education, or previous HVAC experience is helpful but not required.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, works well on a team, and takes pride in doing quality work. A valid driver's license is required. EPA certification is a plus but not required-we'll help you continue developing your skills.
