Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting, diagnosing, and executing corrective actions for the site/plant maintenance program. This includes preventive, predictive maintenance of the equipment and building to ensure optimum efficiency and output. Responsible for ensuring that personal and plant safety are the number one priority. This position reports to the sites plant manager or maintenance manager.
Essential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):

- Ability to understand and follow Lock out Tag out Procedures for all equipment and processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of hand and other related type tools used in a manufacturing environment for the repair of machinery and equipment.
- Must poses an understanding of basic electrical circuitry and differentiate between low level and high- level voltage.
- Ability to work with others as a team on projects.
- Ability to utilize tablet and operate a computer to record preventive maintenance activities.
- Responsible for safety guarding, machine uptime, preventive maintenance program
- Continued training and development to maintain and improve all aspect of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Full understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment including equipment specification and operations to ensure optimum efficiency and output.
- Support and maintain maintenance preventive maintenance program (Fixx system) ensuring that equipment maintenance is being performed as required.
- Create and assist with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible to work with or assist all outside contractors and be sure they meet Cellofoam safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean organized work area.
- Perform other production duties as requested by supervisor.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
- Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.
- Maintain a working knowledge of and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years training or experience in industrial maintenance
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must be motivated and a self-starter.
- Support and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- Mechanical: General Knowledge of machinery and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Troubleshooting: Determining root cause of operating errors and deciding appropriate corrective actions.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience in electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics operation and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and understand CAD and blueprints preferred
- Organizational, communication and team building skills
Software Skills Required
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office preferred
Other Information
- Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Floor production position – working in production environment majority of time
- Overtime work may be required.
