Position Summary:
Sales Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of sales duties, including supporting the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaboration with other departments.
Essential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):

- Coordinate sales projects. Is the primary and key liaison between Sales Department and Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement Departments.
- Manage multiple priorities in an organized manner while still maintaining professional and respectful working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide customer sales support, directly and with account managers which may include entering project requests, formal quotes and new order entry.
- Write and maintain accurate, up-to-date files for all customer related activities.
- Monitor Technology Center projects. Communicate effectively with Sales Management, Account Managers and customers to update project status.
- Assist sales team and coordinate efforts in support of those customers requiring continuous cost downs/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Schedule and track first article through final approval on all new orders and EC’s.
- May prospect and develop new accounts through lead follow-up and managed select accounts as required.
- Support and assist in the consolidation of information related to major bid packages.
- Manage customer survey requests as required.
- Obtain quotes and pricing on certain jobs and required tooling.
- Process project requests sheets (PRS) from sales team to Technology Center.
- Document and organize formal quotes, corrective actions NDA’s and other business agreements.
- Establish, set and provide pricing information in support of Manufacturer Representatives and in accordance with standards established by Sales Management.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, monthly reports. Make travel and other arrangements, purchase supplies for office.
- Manage and coordinate customer calls and walk-ins that have not been assigned an Account Manager for regular sales support.
- Manage a limited group of small dollar volume accounts via telephone and on-site visits.
- Assist Marketing Team with development of company literature, website design and website maintenance.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
