Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

Essential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Efficient and accurate loading and unloading of trailers. Follow daily warehouse schedule of pulling or storing materials.
• Properly maintain inventory quality and accuracy. Insure all finished goods are properly identified.
• Complete all documents accurately and timely. Effectively communicate changes/shortages to support teams.
• Unpack, inspect, and route all incoming shipments while verifying quantities received.
• Complete final quality audits on all outgoing shipments
• Assist in month-end inventory counts, including scheduling personnel for count, ordering and assembling of inventory tags and counting of inventory.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other production duties as requested by supervisor.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
• Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.
• Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.
