We are seeking a Digital Lab IVA Specialist to join our specialized Veeva IVA team and serve as a technical catalyst for our healthcare professional (HCP) marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, development, and routing of Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content—commonly known as Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs). You aren’t just building presentations; you are crafting the high-impact, interactive digital tools that our field teams rely on to deliver critical information to providers across the enterprise.
As a core member of the Digital Lab, you will navigate the intersection of creative design and technical compliance. Your expertise will ensure that every IVA is not only visually engaging and functional within the Veeva Vault ecosystem but also seamlessly routed through the necessary medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) channels. If you are a detail-oriented specialist who thrives in the specialized world of life sciences digital marketing and understands the nuances of CLM deployment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva CLM development/deployment, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Informal team leadership and managing client interaction.
- Build/ Develop Veeva CLM via content provided by marketing teams in a Veeva CLM creation environment within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Partner with internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.
- Serve as the Project originator for routing completed Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process before handoff to the Marketing and Sales teams in a highly regulated environment.
- Create/Maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.
- Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the Veeva CLM content creation platform to the Veeva CLM product owner informing the enhancement roadmap.
- Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.
- 3 years exp with Veeva CRM experience creating, building, and executing IVAs.
- 3 Experience developing Veeva CLM
- 3 Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets.
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
- Skilled at editing and proofreading: Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
