Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end digital recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with external agencies to drive qualified talent acquisition funnel growth.
- Oversee programmatic recruitment advertising and media spend across specialized platforms to optimize channel ROI and vendor performance.
- Administer the career site CMS, chatbot, and tracking mechanisms to build conversion-focused landing pages and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage global CRM communication calendars and omnichannel email strategies to engage key talent pipelines with compelling employer branding content.
- 5 years of strategic recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or digital advertising experience.
- Hands-on expertise with CMS administration (Phenom preferred), programmatic media tools (Appcast), and CRM platform management.
- Proven track record of managing agency partnerships, executing data-driven media campaigns, and analyzing recruitment marketing metrics.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional project management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
