Responsibilities:
- Proofread CMS‑regulated Medicare member materials for accuracy.
- Compare PDFs and written materials against Source of Truth documentation.
- Review benefit details, cost‑sharing, and plan explanations.
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, or small variations between documents.
- Complete reviews efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Work independently in a remote environment on sometimes repetitive content.
- Experience in proofing/editing for accuracy.
- Experience comparing written material against sources of truth.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and the ability to learn our internal review software.
- Knowledge / experience of Healthcare plans or Medicare terminology preferred.
- Quality Assurance or Data Analysis background preferred.
