We are looking for a creative and strategic Learning Experience Designer to lead the charge in designing, developing, and maintaining our external certification and partner education programs. In this role, you won't just be "making training"-you'll be building the educational engine that enables our advertisers, agencies, and partners to master our tools and drive real business outcomes.
As our LXD, you will bridge the gap between complex product technicalities and learner success. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-quality content that guides external users from their first campaign setup to advanced, high-level optimization.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities External Certifications & Partner Education
- Architect Certification Paths: Design and maintain tiered certification pathways (101/201/301) that support a logical progression of platform mastery.
- Drive Value: Create experiences that clearly communicate our value proposition, campaign workflows, and best practices.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure all certification content is accurate, timely, and aligned with our latest business goals.
- Build Engaging Content: Develop diverse learning assets including eLearning, video, simulations, microlearning, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT).
- Instructional Excellence: Apply adult learning principles and UX best practices to ensure content is intuitive, engaging, and instructionally sound.
- Support Performance: Create on-the-job aids, infographics, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning long after the initial training ends.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively update content based on product launches, learner data, and stakeholder feedback.
- Consult with Experts: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable learning.
- Needs Analysis: Assist in identifying learning gaps and gathering requirements to ensure our solutions solve the right problems.
- An External Education Pro: You have a proven track record of designing content specifically for external customers or agency partners.
- A Content Architect: You are hands-on with eLearning authoring tools and have a sharp eye for style guidelines and templates.
- A Technical Translator: You can take a complex technical workflow and turn it into a simple, learner-friendly guide.
- A Strong Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proven experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design.
- Strong portfolio of multi-modal training assets (eLearning, video, etc.).
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and UX design.
