Instructional Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Southlake, Texas or Austin, TX

Compensation Range: $34.56 - 39.56 per hour

We are seeking a highly experienced individual for the role of Instructional Designer . This position requires demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring that all training solutions are precisely tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.

You will leverage a robust background in program or project management—planning, executing, and evaluating complex learning initiatives concurrently. This is a consultative role where your excellent communication skills will be key to collaborating with stakeholders, identifying learning gaps, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

NOTE: Hybrid - Mondays - Thursday on site and Remote on Fridays

Work Location - Preferred Location Southlake, TX and Secondary Location - Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.
• Robust background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross-functional teams, and support organizational learning strategies.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.
• Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects.
• Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High Proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proven experience (5 years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.
• Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules.
• Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management.
