Location: Malvern, PA (hybrid – onsite T/W/Th; open to remote for the perfect candidate)

Job Type: 6-month W2 Hourly Contract (potential to extend/convert)

On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a Marketing Content Writer to drive attendance for a high volume of in-person and virtual B2B events. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to develop straightforward, high-impact collateral—primarily emails, registration web content, one-pagers, and speaker bios—that connect 401(k) clients and consultants with industry thought leaders.

Because these events have aggressive, inflexible timelines, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional executive function. You are someone who thrives on "keeping the trains running," managing a high volume of simultaneous projects while ensuring every deliverable meets rigorous legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Production & Execution: Oversee content creation from draft to completion for a high volume of event-related communications, primarily focused on B2B email marketing and registration web content.
• Project Orchestration: Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with aggressive deadlines, ensuring all event materials are delivered on time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and presenters to develop speaker bios, one-pagers, and event-specific messaging that promotes thought leadership and networking opportunities.
• Regulatory Alignment: Incorporate feedback from legal, regulatory, and editorial teams with flexibility, ensuring all content meets rigorous institutional standards.
• Process Management: Navigate the formatting and submission workflows for email and web platforms, maintaining meticulous records of project status and approvals.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum five years of related work experience in B2B marketing, email marketing, or event promotion.
• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Red Oak, Knak, and Microsoft Office.
• Operational Mindset: Demonstrated "executive function"—the ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and juggle a high volume of communications efficiently.

Preferences

• AI Proficiency: Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot) to streamline the content production process.
• Institutional Knowledge: Background in financial services or highly regulated industries, specifically 401(k) or retirement services.
• Technical Versatility: Experience with basic web content formatting and creating one-page marketing sheets.
