Responsibilities:
- Execute design work across multiple channels including:
- Digital (web, email, social, presentations)
- Print (sales materials, signage, brochures)
- Campaign and brand assets.
- Translate creative direction and briefs into polished visual deliverables.
- Apply brand standards consistently and accurately.
- Support larger campaigns and initiatives led by senior designers.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare files for production and ensure quality control.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of digital design best practices.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Interest in growing toward more ownership and strategic responsibility.
- Delivers high-quality, on-brand design consistently.
- Works efficiently within established systems.
- Becomes a trusted execution partner for senior designers.
- Demonstrates growth in problem-solving and visual storytelling.
