This role requires a unique blend of sharp product instinct, rigorous data-driven analytics, and strong cross-functional influence to drive the product development lifecycle and achieve both critical customer outcomes and core business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Strategy: Develop and execute an OKR-driven roadmap focused on improving customer financial health and increasing engagement. Contribute to a multi-product digital strategy aiming to unify disparate digital experiences under core web and mobile platforms.
- Drive Product Outcomes: Define detailed product requirements and manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation through launch. Establish analytical frameworks to measure results, ensuring data-driven iteration toward defined objectives.
- Own Key Product Processes: Manage and prioritize the bug backlog and partner with quality assurance to optimize processes for high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms. Conduct user testing and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as a subject matter expert for internal partners, including Operations, Marketing, and Compliance. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship new features and improve existing functionality.
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree required. 6 years of experience working on successful digital consumer products, preferably at companies with high user scale.
- Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated success in leading projects or processes within a high-functioning product organization. A self-starter with a strong bias for action, capable of leading your domain and balancing strategic vision with execution details.
- Core Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to motivate teams and articulate ideas to leadership. Comfort with hands-on data analysis and a strong preference for data-driven decision-making.
- Mindset: A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your product domain. Must possess a flexible and positive mindset, thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
