We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on high-impact digital campaigns!
You will be responsible for driving campaigns across our most critical in-product surfaces: console, PC, and mobile. This role is central to the success of our game subscription service.
Partnering closely with Product Marketing and various cross-functional teams, you will drive end-to-end campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization. Your work will be essential in significantly growing user engagement, retention, and conversion for the service. Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketers on subscriber acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop campaign plans and decks in collaboration with design teams.
- Route campaign materials into production workflows via Azure DevOps.
- Support partner management and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns for in-product experiences across all endpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to develop and optimize campaigns.
- Define audience strategy, testing plans, and campaign roadmaps.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop and maintain playbooks for campaign execution and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with cross-functional and external teams to align creative execution and go-to-market priorities.
- Experience: 8 years in marketing campaign management, product marketing, or digital advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
- Hands-on experience in ad trafficking or paid advertising.
- Familiarity with web campaign management, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Proven success driving campaign performance through testing and optimization.
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with subscription, entertainment, or gaming industries.
- Passion for gaming and player engagement.
