This role is essential for supporting all of our high-profile soccer-related properties, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Serie A, NWSL, and more.You will be the operational arm of the brand creative team, bringing our compelling sports storytelling to life across all broadcast and digital platforms. Your sharp attention to detail and proven ability to streamline workflows will ensure creative excellence and seamless execution in every deliverable.Responsibilities:As the Creative Production Manager, your primary focus will be on the operational execution of creative assets for our soccer portfolio. This includes:Workflow Management: Oversee end-to-end production workflows for creative requests, acting as the primary liaison between the Brand Creative team and all internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Content, Digital).Creative Coordination: Streamline requests, interface with the marketing team to clarify details, and ensure designers and artists have accurate information and necessary assets.Project Tracking & Quality Control: Manage project timelines, track deliverables, maintain project data in tools like AirTable, and QC (Quality Control) all assets to ensure brand consistency and adherence to established style guides.Production Support: Support the Art Director and Artists by managing asset organization, coordinating player image treatments, and assisting with comprehensive production schedules from ideation to final build-outs.Brand Champion: Ensure all soccer-related campaigns and assets champion the brand's creative voice and visual identity.Qualifications:Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. 3-5 years of experience in creative production or project management.Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strategic thinking mindset. Experience working directly with creative teams, editors, designers, and producers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with production workflows and project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Frame.io, Slack, and Lyric is a plus).
