Associate Packaging Production Manager

Location: Stratham, New HampshireJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 47 per hourWe are looking for an Associate Creative Production Manager to serve as a critical link between design and delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Shelf-Ready Packaging (SRP) tray projects from the initial concept phase straight through to final production. This dynamic position requires a blend of creative project management skills and hands-on production expertise.Your core mission will be ensuring all deliverables—including both final packaging and internal mockups—strictly align with our brand standards, customer style guides, and retailer requirements. You will also take ownership of asset management and version control for all packaging projects, maintaining accuracy and consistency across various SKUs and retailer formats. Success requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and at a high quality.This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.Responsibilities:Manage shelf-Ready Packaging, Mockup & Asset Management.Lead the creation, preparation, and release of print-ready files for SRP trays, corrugate, and customer-specific displays.Ensure designs comply with retailer/customer style guides, printer specifications, and brand standards.Maintain strict version control and asset management across packaging projects, ensuring consistency across multiple SKUs and retailer formats.Manage mock-up vendors and production vendors to review proofs and troubleshoot production issues.Manage asset rendering outputs and version control across deliverables.Oversee mockup development and workstreams to completion for internal meetings, coordinating with sales to support customer presentations.Project & Workflow ManagementReview artwork requests for accuracy, ensuring the creative team has all necessary resources for timely, on-budget delivery.Balance workloads across freelancers-based availability, and project priority.Maintain project management tools and the global DAM (Bynder), ensuring accurate assignments, timelines, and task tracking.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive work efficiently through the creative process, escalating or re-prioritizing as needed.Core Responsibilities: This is a blend of project management and vendor management. The role requires someone who has a background in production/design but is ready to step into a more facilitative/liaison role.Must-Have Skills:Managing mockup and production vendors.Vendor and asset management.Understanding of design and the Adobe Creative Suite to effectively manage outsourced work and push vendors where needed.
