We are looking for a retail-savvy Art Director (Photo & 3D Design) to elevate our clients online brand presence by guiding the development of photorealistic, compelling tableaus through the use of CGI. Responsibilities:
Your Impact: A Day in the Life

• Orchestrate Immersive Environments: Serve as the "digital set designer" and lighting expert, directing 3D scenes and textures to achieve stunning, on-brand results.
• Innovate with AI: Pioneer the integration of tools like Adobe Firefly and Gemini into the creative workflow to accelerate inspiration and execution.
• Champion Brand Vision: Translate merchant curations and furniture concepts into photorealistic assets that reduce returns and delight customers.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner with external 3D vendors and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure every pixel aligns with our supportive, growth-focused standards.

Qualifications:

• Retail Art Direction Mastery: At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director (or similar title) directing high-quality imagery for home furnishings, fashion, or consumer electronics.
• Technical Expert: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) for creating high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Future-Ready Mindset: A strong proficiency in or a deep curiosity for AI-driven creative tools and CGI workflows.
• Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to present and articulate creative vision to stakeholders with clarity and empathy.
