Our client in the Waunakee area, is looking for a dependable Production Utility Specialist to join their 2nd shift team.

In this position, you will work as a production floater, helping wherever support is needed across shipping, inventory, assembly, and other production areas.
Shift: 2nd Monday-Thursday 3PM-1:30AM

What You'll Do
- Assist with daily production and material-handling activities
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including weighing, packing, and labeling
- Move materials and products throughout the facility
- Assist with receiving and putting incoming parts into inventory
- Pull parts and materials needed for production and assembly
- Help with motor and gearbox assembly as needed
- Assist with paint/prep and other production-related tasks
- Enter and update information in the company's computer system
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Provide support to different departments as production needs change
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to read and write basic instructions
- Basic math skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Salary : $34,181 - $44,819
