Position Overview
The Upgrade Specialist is responsible for engaging our service customers — identifying vehicle equity opportunities, presenting upgrade offers, and scheduling appointments for in-person evaluations. You’ll work closely with our sales and service teams to help customers move into newer models while strengthening retention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with current service customers to review potential upgrade opportunities
- Present personalized trade-in and upgrade options based on customer equity and current incentives
- Schedule in-store appointments for equity evaluations and test drives
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers via phone, text, and email
- Utilize CRM tools to track all interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate with service advisors, BDC, and sales managers to coordinate customer handoffs
- Stay informed on current Chevrolet inventory, rebates, and financing programs
Qualifications
- Automotive BDC, internet sales, or service department experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional Appearance
- Strong phone and digital communication etiquette
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
