Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Downtown Denver area. Responsibilities:

• Lead with energy and enthusiasm while creating a fun, guest-focused culture built on exceptional hospitality
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence, product quality, and brand standards
• Drive sales and profitability through team development, local marketing initiatives, and sound financial management
• Serve as a strong brand ambassador by building positive relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the community

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: up to $80,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a Full-Service concept
• High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million per year in sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
