The Cleanroom Certified Professional will be responsible for performing complex Cleanroom and HEPA testing under the guidance of a NEBB Professional. This role requires a deep understanding of Cleanroom systems, including the ability to execute precise HEPA challenge tests, particle counting, and airflow/pressure measurements following ISO 14644, ASME, NEBB, and customer-specific standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing for various HEPA systems in cleanroom environments.
- Conduct particle/airflow/pressure measurements and HEPA challenge testing to meet strict industry standards.
- Prepare complete and accurate test reports, analyzing data to ensure cleanroom systems meet specified performance criteria.
- Interpret blueprints, submittals, and job specifications, and make necessary system adjustments for HEPA/Cleanroom balancing.
- Follow all safety protocols and use the Pre-Task Planning Worksheet to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cleanroom performance testing.
- NEBB Cleanroom Certification required.
- Proficiency in HEPA system testing, cleanroom standards, and report preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and balance systems as needed.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and hazard identification.
