This role involves working on complex HVAC system TAB projects under the supervision of a NEBB Professional, programming and calibrating HVAC digital control systems, and preparing accurate TAB test reports.

Responsibilities
- Conduct TAB on various types of HVAC system projects, adhering to TAB procedures and safety protocols.
- Work under the supervision of a NEBB Professional to ensure quality and accuracy in TAB projects.
- Read blueprints, submittals, and job specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive and precise TAB test reports, interpreting data and making necessary adjustments to balance HVAC systems.
- Train apprentices on TAB testing procedures and techniques.
- NEBB certification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Test and Balance.
- Proficiency in programming and calibrating HVAC digital control systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system operation and TAB testing procedures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, submittals, and job specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for clearance.
