Welder Helper

CEIS Power is seeking a Welder Helper with 6 months of experience in a manufacturing shop environment or completion of a welding program. This position is on a contract-to-hire basis and our client, an industrial manufacturing and service company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, maintain high-quality welding standards, and thrive in a production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced welders and fitters while learning and increasing knowledge in the craft
  
  

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing shop environment or completion of a welding program
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong understanding of welding procedures, fit-up, and fabrication practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
