CEIS Power is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing industrial manufacturing and service company. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating high-capacity forklifts in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset and experience moving oversized, high-value equipment while working in a fast-paced shop.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience operating large-capacity forklifts in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience operating forklifts with capacities up to 55,000 lbs
- Strong understanding of safe material handling practices
- Experience moving oversized and heavy industrial equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts with capacities up to 55,000 lbs
- Move heavy pipe, pressure vessels, engines, gas compressors, coolers, and other large industrial equipment throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are properly secured
- Transport materials between production, assembly, and warehouse areas
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and material handling standards
- Assist with staging materials to support production schedules
- Successfully complete a forklift operating/driving evaluation during the interview process
