CEIS Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with 10 years of experience managing electrical construction projects, field operations, and project execution activities. This position is on a direct hire basis and, our client, a leading industrial and data center construction company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team. The right person for this position will be able to perform well under pressure and be adaptable to rapid change and redirection.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience managing electrical construction projects and field operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and technical expertise
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field labor resources
- Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and project closeout activities
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards
The right person for this position will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects and project staff
- Oversee project administration, documentation, and contract execution activities
- Develop, review, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting activities
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to align with project timelines and budget requirements
- Negotiate and process subcontract agreements, change orders, and project modifications
- Ensure submittals, permits, licenses, and project documentation are completed and maintained accurately
- Monitor labor productivity, staffing levels, and field resource allocation across assigned projects
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices, billings, and financial documentation
- Lead project meetings and communicate project performance updates with leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction
