Role Overview
- Training Administrator supporting the successful delivery of training for the Oracle Fusion Program through scheduling, logistics coordination, learner support, and LMS administration activities.
- Responsible for ensuring training sessions are effectively planned, communicated, and executed for learners, instructors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules across business units and workstreams.
- Manage learner enrollment, confirmations, reminders, attendance tracking, and training-related communications.
- Support LMS administration activities including class offerings, rosters, and session setup.
- Coordinate instructor assignments and classroom or virtual training logistics.
- Monitor attendance, class capacity, scheduling conflicts, and overall training readiness.
- Manage the training inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for training logistics questions and learner support.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced administrative positions OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar applications).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience coordinating training, events, or scheduling activities in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) or Oracle Learning.
- Familiarity with training delivery processes, including ILT, vILT, and eLearning coordination.
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-track training programs.

- Work Model: Hybrid/Flex; onsite every other week (Monday–Thursday) and remote every other week.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Contract Length: 15 months with possibility of extension.
