Our CEIS Government Sector team is growing. We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic recruiter with specialized experience recruiting for national laboratories and/or federal contractors to join our team.
Required:
- 2-5 years recruiting experience, preferably for national laboratories, federal contractors or related federal/technical sectors requiring a DOE or DOD security clearance.
- Knowledge of government lab environments (DOE, DOD, LANL, Sandia, etc.)
- Background in technical recruiting for engineers, scientists, software programmers, technologists, or program managers for national laboratories or federal contractors. .
- Teamwork, initiative, problem solving and communication skills
- US Citizen
- Preferred:
- Understanding of DOE or DOD clearance requirements
- Interest in National Security
- STEM background

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with clients to get a clear understanding of their goals, staffing needs, and position requirements.
- Execute CEIS recruiting strategy to identify and attract top candidates for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, driving leads to the business development team.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
